1. Research Reports (Off-the-Shelf / Syndicated Reports)
- Once a research report has been delivered (in full or in part), no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
This is because of the digital and proprietary nature of market research content, which cannot be returned once accessed.
Clients are encouraged to review sample reports and scope details carefully before purchase.
2. Custom Research & Consulting Engagements
- Cancellations for custom research projects must be submitted in writing.
If cancellation occurs before project initiation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and planning costs.
If cancellation occurs after the project has started, no refund will be provided, as research resources, analyst time, and data acquisition costs would already have been incurred.
Any completed work up to the date of cancellation will remain payable.
3. Sample Reports & Pre-Sales Material
- Sample reports, preview slides, or evaluation materials are provided free of charge for assessment.
These materials are provided free of charge for assessment purposes.
These materials are nonrefundable and may not be reused, redistributed, or commercialised.
4. Modifications & Scope Changes
- Requests for changes to scope or deliverables after project confirmation may result in revised timelines or additional costs.
Once accepted by the client, such changes do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
5. Payment Disputes
- Any payment-related concerns must be raised within a reasonable time after invoice issuance.
ClearView Market Insights will review disputes in good faith and work towards a fair resolution.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as the non-delivery of agreed deliverables, and will be granted solely at the discretion of ClearView Market Insights.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
